  I'd be hard-pressed to recall a less satisfactory eating experience. While shopping in the Cleveland Heights/South Euclid area my 80 plus year old grandmother had a taste for Wendy's. Sounds good, let's go. Once there, we found the entrance door to be covered in what appeared to be grease. This probably should have been a bad enough sign but we entered anyway. Mistake! We searched the restaurant for a clean table. We failed to find one. We cleaned a table off and I seated my grandma. Despite a counter that was sticky and smeared with food and drink I ordered our sandwiches (mistake) which were cooked so hard we couldn't break even them with our fingers. There was also some red liquid in my Frosty. I then ordered nuggets to replace the inedible sandwiches and they were visibly burned. Blackened! Meanwhile during all this time, no one cleaned the counter or tables. At least the iced tea was good.

  I ordered my food tonight and the order taker was very rude. She kept asking was that all over and over and then said I herd you Mamm I wasn't done with my order and she was very impatient. Never going here again.
